Episode Guide
Man in the Blue Suit
Series: The Honeymooners
Synopsis
Winning a considerable sum in a poker game, Ralph hides the money from Alice, stuffing the cash in the pockets of an old suit. Inevitably, Alice gives the suit away to the Help the Needy Society, obliging Ralph and his pal Ed Norton to cook up all manner of schemes to retrieve the money. Not unexpectedly, the boys fail in their efforts -- and by episode's end, Ralph realizes the folly of trying to pull anything over on his loving wife. First seen on the May 1, 1954, edition of The Jackie Gleason Show, "The Man in the Blue Suit" runs 33 minutes in its original uncut form.
