The Beast of Bolnar

The team is still in Hungary to ensure the well being of the NICO inmates when Connor receives an ominous warning at the local watering hole. It seems that a creatuer called The Beast of Bolnar stalks the streets from 8:00pm to 0:00pm every night, and that anyone unfortunate enough to be outdoors during that time of the night is sure to meet a grim fate. Upon meeting the Beast of Bolnar face to face, Andre realizes how fierce the creature really is. It seems that the attacks began about four years ago, but specific information about the Beast of Bolnar is hard to come by. In order to capture the creature, the team recruits the help of Bolnar's local constable. During the hunt, the constable is killed before anyone can tell what's happened. In the aftermath of the attack, however, Riley discovers some footprints that seem to indicate that the Beast of Bolnar is not a monster at all, but a woman who stands about 5'6". Later, after Jane and Connor pay a visit to a temperamental bar patron who derides his frail son Cristoff, the Beast of Bolnar boldly breaks into the bar and drags the cranky father off to his doom. When Jane travels to Cristoff's house in order to break the news about his father, she has a terrifying encounter with the Beast of Bolnar. It turns out that Christoff is a former orphan whose mother was a NICO detainee, and that he may hold the secret to solving the mystery that has haunted Bolnar for four years.
