Toy Soldiers

The terminally stoic Andre discovers just how unnerving the hunt for Neuros can be as Jane and company set out to investigate a series of break-ins at munitions repositories. Despite the fact that military policemen showered the invaders with bullets, there was neither body nor blood-spatter discovered at the scene of the crime. Later, after yet another break-in - this time at a firm assigned with designing a government building that the president himself is set to dedicate - Andre begins to suspect that an assassination plot is in the works. When a tank is stolen and the crime is pinned on a Neuro, Jane and her team make an unnerving discovery at the local cemetery. Jane is having a hard time adjusting to her new life, but hopefully Dr. Carpenter will be able to provide some answers to her many questions. Unfortunately for Jane, answers are fairly hard to come by these days. Meanwhile, as the ceremony draws near, Jane discovers that her latest target is little more than a lonely teenager. Still, that doesn't mean that the team is clear of danger just yet.
