Synopsis
Julia pleads with Charles to help find Sebastian who is now living in Morocco with a German deserter from the Foreign Legion. Julia pleads with Charles to help find Sebastian who is now living in Morocco with a German deserter from the Foreign Legion. Lady Marchmain is dying and has been asking to see her youngest son once more. Charles travels to Morocco where he finds Sebastian languishing in a hospital bed, his alcoholism having become much more serious. Sebastian is unfit to travel and, when a telegram arrives from Julia announcing Lady Marchmain's death, Charles takes Sebastian from the hospital back to his home and leaves him there: there is nothing more Charles can do for him.
