Synopsis
Jack and Kirgo are conducting a late-night investigation at the site of Scharnhorst's new freshwater plumbing project, where moles -- underground workers -- have been disappearing without explanation. A mysterious creature attacks without warning, knocking Jack unconscious. When he awakens, Kirgo's gone. As usual, his warnings to Scharnhorst fall on deaf ears, so he returns to the scene the following night with Hannah. Another attack claims one of Scharnhorst's workers, but when she refuses to shut down yet again, Jack and Hannah take matters into their own hands. (Original air date: November 27, 1993.).
