Synopsis
Drama series based on real events, set in the corrupt world of Sydney's drug dealers and their relationships with the police. Kim Hollingsworth arrives in Sydney to be with her boyfriend, but his abusive behaviour soon drives her to take drastic action. With politician John Hatton pushing for a Royal Commission, DI Dennis Kelly warns Kings Cross police detectives Jim Egan and Trevor Haken to clean up their act. But Jim and Trevor have come up with a plan to swindle $200,000 from the Federal Police - with the assistance of drug kingpin Bill Bayeh and his crew. John Ibrahim strikes a deal with a nightclub owner to buy a percentage of the Tunnel Cabaret, finally taking his first steps to becoming an entrepreneur.
