Synopsis
Basil is in a state of terror when he hears that there are hotel inspectors in town. Will his pathetic fawning over a guest pay off?, Basil (John Cleese) learns that a secret team of hotel inspectors are due to give the Fawlty Towers the once over, and he soon works himself into a lather trying to figure out which of his guests is actually there to inspect the facilities. Basil being Basil, his guesses keep turning out to be wrong, which causes no small amount of anxiety for all parties concerned -- particularly when the real inspectors finally turn up.
