Synopsis
Adam's cross-country culinary quest brings him to Portsmouth, New Hampshire; the beautiful waterfront city filled with incredible eats! Adam's first stop is Gilley's, which has been serving up delicious burgers and dogs for nearly a century. It is here that Adam samples a chilidog with everything on it, including relish, chopped onions, ketchup, mustard and sauerkraut. Then, it's off to The Friendly Toast for the seriously stacked Sklarmageddon omelet. And finally, Adam will guide University of New Hampshire's Director of Strength and Conditioning Paul Chappy Chapman through the Slapshot Challenge at JP's Eatery.
