Tensions in the kitchen build as Nigella's team is down to two and 12 remain in the competition. With what would seemingly be a simple challenge -- to create the perfect sandwich -- things become heated among judges/mentors Chefs Rich Torrisi and Mar, In this programme, they must put their own spin on a classic American sandwich and two guest mentors, chef/ restaurant owners Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, decide which team does the best job. Two more cooks are sent home after failing to impress the four regular mentors - Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson, Brian Malarkey and Ludo Lefebvre - in the blind sandwich tasting.
