Auf dem Hamburger Hauptbahnhof werden im Gepäckfach 454 zwei schwarze Koffer mit Rauschgift hinterlegt. Die Kriminalbeamten Kupfer und Torff finden heraus, dass jemand die beiden Koffer abgeholt hat, und damit in den ICE nach Flensburg gestiegen ist. Tatsächlich machen sie im Zug den Abholer ausfindig, doch leider erleidet der Mann mit dem Schnauzbart einen Herzinfarkt. Den beiden Kripobeamten kann er zuvor noch einen Hinweis geben, mit dem zunächst weder Torff noch sein Chef Kupfer etwas anfangen können ...
