Synopsis
Gok Wan heads to Wales to get the women of Cardiff looking great no matter what the size of their waists or wallets. First in line are sports-mad sisters Ceri (36) and Dawn (34) and their team mate Sam (43), who spend most of their lives in lycra. If these ladies aren't at work, they're on the hockey pitch in their sports kits, so Gok will have to be on top of his game to transform these fitness fanatics into fashionable women about town. And Gok goes head-to-head once again with feisty fashionista Brix Smith-Start in the High Street vs. Designer catwalk. While Gok attempts to prove you don't have to spend a fortune to look fabulous, Brix showcases the best that designer brands have to offer, and travels to Sudbury in Suffolk to visit the home of Britain's silk making industry. Staged in Cardiff's Millennium Centre, the catwalk challenge is sure to be one of the most dynamic fashion face-offs so far.
