Synopsis
In this episode, the RoadShow goes to Birmingham as Gok shows us how to 'get the look for less' by staging his Supermarket Chic vs High Street catwalk, showcasing the best in autumn fashion. Putting together fantastic looks for around £50 and £250, Gok's fate will lie in the hands of the Birmingham people when they decide which look will win this week's catwalk showdown. Three Birmingham ladies and amateur dramatics enthusiasts, who are in desperate need of a makeover (as proved by their horror show wardrobes!), get the Gok treatment this week. With the help of the high street, Gok becomes their personal stylist, giving them new daytime and evening looks. Then, with a hair and makeup transformation to boot, the three ladies are let loose on Gok's purpose-built catwalk to strut their new style in front of friends, family and an eager crowd. As always, Gok will be sharing his haberdashery tricks of the trade, demonstrating how to get a unique look without breaking the bank. Meanwhile, his devoted team of daredevil Roadtesters take to the river to sort out the best from the rest of high-street blazers.
