Synopsis
Hapless plumber Billy has a gambling addiction, and it threatens to ruin his life. He claims it is under control, but the repossession notices are piling up, and his wife Michelle is close to breaking point. When Billy discovers a stash of diamonds in a customer's loft, he believes his money problems could be over. Unfortunately, he risks it all in an attempt to make his windfall larger, and is soon back at square one. With best mate Gary on a plane to Spain, and Michelle packing her bags, Billy's situation soon becomes desperate. But when he returns to get more diamonds, he realises he is in more trouble than he thought...
