Synopsis
Gary and Lisa are only in their early thirties, but they have been treading water for years. Hapless Gary is completely oblivious, so is distraught when Lisa suddenly announces that she wants a divorce; he thought they were happy, he thought they were going to have kids. His mates tell him that it will all blow over, but Lisa is determined that this is the end. But with each of them unable - or unwilling - to move out, a compromise has to be reached: Lisa will have the upstairs, Gary will have the ground floor, and the kitchen is neutral territory. As time passes and the house doesn't sell, Gary and Lisa become the flatmates from hell. Gary is determined to show Lisa that he is not going to just roll over and put up with this - but when he learns that she has started internet dating, he is devastated. Can their friendship ever be salvaged?.
