Synopsis
Nick Stansbury is gone, leaving nine contestants in the newly formed Gitanos tribe. This week's Reward Challenge involves three teams, three boats, and three hundred coconuts; the prize is breakfast in bed -- with a canopied bed brought onto the island just for the occasion. Exile Island plays "host" this week to two Gitanos, Austin Carty and Danielle DiLorenzo. Terry Deitz finally reveals the fact that he has the Immunity Idol in his possession -- and now that this artifact is in play, the dynamics of the competition will be dramatically altered. Despite an assault from the old La Mina alliance, the Casaya alliance remains surprisingly strong and impenetrable. The Immunity Challenge consists of a four-tiered obstacle race, beginning with a brainteaser, progressing through a maze, and incorporating sandhills, ropes, tunnels, and towers. And, oh yes, an eighth player is voted off the island by fade-out time.
