Man Hunt

MANHUNT is a real-life game of cat and mouse, pitting ex-Navy SEAL Joel Lambert against the world's most elite tracking teams. In each episode, Joel faces a daunting task: after being inserted into unknown territory with nothing but a basic survival kit and a canteen of water, he then has up to 48 hours to reach a pre-determined extraction point, while being pursued by a different tracking unit each week – the U.S.Army Phantom Recon in Arizona, the Straz Graniczna border guard in Poland, the South African International Anti-Poaching Foundation (IAPF), the Army Scout Rangers in the Philippines, Panama's elite anti-drug force SENAFRONT and the South Korean National Police SWAT unit. In locations that are exotic, yet familiar to the home tracking unit, Joel will attempt to evade capture using diversionary tactics and survival techniques gleaned from his 10 years of experience as a Navy SEAL. In each episode, Joel will demonstrate different survival strategies developed in response to the environment and the particular skills of that hunter force. We will also learn first-hand the techniques used by each elite hunter force during combat or crisis situations. Each scenario will pit Joel against what seem to be insurmountable odds, but will his training, skill and cunning be enough to help him escape.
