Synopsis
In the premiere of this dramatic re-creation of the rise of the porn culture in New York in the 1970s and '80s, an entrepreneurial bartender hustles to improve his situation as he crosses paths with a wide assortment of other Times Square habitués. Meanwhile, pimps and prostitutes ply their trade under the not-so-watchful eye of the NYPD; and an NYU student winds up in the local precinct after trying to score amphetamines on the street.
