Synopsis
As the third season of Survivor gets under way, the 16 newest castaways find themselves stranded in the vast and forbidding savanna of Northern Kenya. The contestants are quickly divvied up into two competing tribes, the Samburuu and the Bora (named for actual tribes in the vicinity). No sooner has this happened than castaway Frank Garrison begins rubbing his fellow Samburuu tribespeople the wrong way, while Diane Ogden and Clarence Black commit a major blunder which alienates the others of the Bora. Needless to say, at least one of these three troublemakers is the first to be voted off the show.
