Synopsis
Second of a two-part story. Janine desperately tries to sort things out with her son Tom whilst heading up a tough murder enquiry. DCS Hogg, aware of the pressure Janine is under juggling her role of single parent with being a DCI, encourages her to apply for promotion to DCS with its more sociable hours.
