Synopsis
New agent Vanessa Fitzgerald has a big problem. Her client's condo has a very eclectic design, and it is priced too high for the market. Since he refuses to re-design, Vanessa's only hope is to try and get him to lower the price. If she can get her client to reduce his asking price to market standards, she's confident she'll make a quick sale. If not, she could find herself in over her head, and make a poor first impression on her new real estate colleagues. Meanwhile, Agent Mabelle Ortiz has come up with a 'hands-on' marketing plan to sell a $1.595 million home. Catering to an artistic crowd, Mabelle plans to host an art show at the property %X96 but without a marketing budget, she'll have to do all the cooking, decorating, and staffing herself! If her DIY approach is successful, she'll be able to develop her own business and keep a client happy. If she fails, she'll make her agency look bad, and lose one of her largest commissions to date.
