Synopsis
Kenny and the VLK gang head out to Vohne Liche Kennels West, a west coast annex of VLK opened a year ago in Banning, California. VLK West isnt developing as quickly as Kenny would like and hes arrived out west with a mission. He needs to find a supplier of high-quality dogs for the kennel. Without that, the kennel will never flourish. The guys meet with Tom Tennant, who breeds working dogs in Mexico. Tom must prove that his dogs meet the high standards of Vohne Liche Kennels to make a deal. Also, Kenny meets with Doug Roller, a trainer who may do some work with VLK West. Doug is an outstanding educator, but uses the E-Collar, a controversial device. Kenny has to decide if this different teaching tool will mesh with VLKs K9 philosophy.
