Synopsis
A series about a small Minnesota town that hides a turbulent riptide beneath its peaceful veneer opens with the arrival of newcomer Henley Boone (Lauren German) on the very day that a horrific murder occurs at the local pond, a crime that interferes with the boat-launching plans of deputy Tommy Conroy (Geoff Stults), whose sheriff father (M.C.
