Synopsis

Can Buddy get through to Tom that changes need to be made?, Bing's Bakery has been in business since 1946. Owner Tom keeps hundreds of items on the menu, even as they continue to lose money. It is left to the "Cake Boss" Buddy to convince Tom to effect some changes in his business.
