Synopsis
. Documentary series. Physical anthropologist Dr Liesbeth Smits recalls the details of a mysterious excavation that took place in Wassenaar, Holland. A grave dating from the Bronze Age was excavated and found to contain the skeletons of six men, two women and four children. One of the children had been decapitated and a male victim had a flint arrowhead buried between his ribs. Had they died in battle, or were their deaths due to something far more sinister?, Bodies from the Bronze Age are unearthed.
