The Rise and Fall of La Cosa Nostra in America
Series: Lords of the Mafia
Synopsis
"The Rise and Fall of La Cosa Nostra in America" begins with the emergence of New York's Lucchese crime family in the 1920s. The Luccheses, one of New York's "five families," were founded by Gaetano "Three Fingers Brown" Lucchese and made their mark in the garment industry. The family declined in the '70s and '80s, though, and virtually disintegrated in the 1990s under the leadership of Anthony "Gas Pipe" Casso. Robert Stack narrates.
