Synopsis

Nucky has a strained gathering with Margaret in NY, then heads to Tampa to resolve the subtle elements of his territory bargain and reconnect with Sally. In the interim, Richard comes back to Atlantic City and makes an admission to a debilitated Paul Sagorsky; Agent Knox tries to pick up Eli's put stock in; Chalky vents his disappointment; and Lansky lets Luciano well enough alone for his Florida expansion, Nucky has a strained gathering with Margaret in NY, then heads to Tampa to resolve the subtle elements of his territory bargain and reconnect with Sally.
