Synopsis
Kojak (Telly Savalas) is convinced that the "hit-and-run accident" which killed a police chemist was deliberately planned. Once again, the lieutenant's instincts are right on target: Narcotics officer Aaron Fisk (Tige Andrews), currently serving time for stealing heroin from an evidence storeroom, is using his son Max (Stephen Macht) as an instrument of revenge, with the chemist's death as the first step in an elaborate frame-up. First telecast on February 8, 1976, this episode was originally slated to air one week later on February 15.
