Synopsis
High school science teacher Andrea Thomas (JoAnna Cameron) unearths a mystical amulet which gives her the powers of Egyptian queen Isis in this live action Filmation series that originally aired during the Saturday morning cartoon block in the mid-1970s. Now able to soar with the eagles, outrun gazelles, and command the elements of the sky and the earth, this modern day superhero uses her substantial powers to fight crime, save lives, right wrongs, and teach important life lessons. Even Andrea's closest friends don't realize her secret identity, however, and when things become too tough to handle on her own the super-powered do-gooder is forced to seek the help of famed crime-fighter Captain Marvel.
