Synopsis
We travel to the heart of Lancashire to meet Elip and Ian Greenhalgh, a couple who are looking to exchange their new-build home for an 18th century windmill. Determined to modernise their unique property but retain its traditional charm, the couple move on-site with their eight-month-old baby as building work commences. But as problem after problem arises, can the couple fulfil their dream of being in their new home in time for baby's first Christmas?.
