Im Lauf einer Ermittlung, bei der es um illegale Rauschmittel geht, kommt es für den Duisburger Kripo-Kommissar Schimanski zu einem unerwarteten Wiedersehen: Zabou, Tochter seiner Ex und damit zugleich seine Lebensabschnitts-Tochter, hat sich offenbar mit den falschen Leuten eingelassen. Sie ist in einem ganz üblen Schuppen, einem Nobel-Bordell, gelandet, aus dem Schimi sie nun loseisen will. Doch dann verabreichen ihm ihre Freunde Drogen. Als er wieder zu sich kommt, muss er feststellen, dass er unter Mordverdacht steht.
