Synopsis
Practicing yoga everday improves circulation, balance, posture, and concentration. In the third edition of the three-volume Power Yoga for Beginners series, instructor Rodney Yee puts together a program of yoga stretches and poses which builds strength and improves flexibility and coordination. The workout is just over 20 minutes long and can be done on its own, but the best results are achieved when combining Power Flexibility Yoga with the other two video tapes in the series, Power Strength Yoga and Power Stamina Yoga for a full 90-minute workout, or by alternating the programs daily.
