Synopsis
Based on a true story, Oregon Department of Corrections director Michael Francke visited his brother Kevin in Florida and confided in him that he discovered a drug-smuggling ring with links to prison inmates. Shortly afterwards, Michael is killed, and Kevin goes on a desperate search to learn what happened.
