Synopsis
The story of the young Prince Charles and his relationship with Camilla Parker-Bowles. Gauche and unconfident when they first meet, Charles finds in her the love and warmth he never got from his parents, and his obsession with her continues throughout her marriage, and his own relationships with younger women. His reluctance to marry for anything other than love is severely tested by the pressure of his father and uncle, but the increasingly flagrant affair with Camilla has the unsurprising effect of ruining the interest of many possible candidates. But then Charles meets the young and desperately shy Diana Spencer.
