Synopsis
As the city of New Orleans braces for impact from Hurricane Katrina, two criminal brothers contend with a coming storm that threatens to tear their family apart. Killer and Gangsta live in the Desire Projects, a place where the vicious thrive and the weak die. When Killer steals a car and Gangsta takes the fall, a stint in jail inspires Gangsta to turn over a new leaf. Just as the winds begin to pick up, Killer calls on his brother to help out with one last job, setting the stage for a confrontation that will shake the entire city to its very core.
