Ryan Reynolds plays the eponymous hero in Walter Becker's comedy, now in his seventh year at college and whose mission in life is to help all the undergrads have a good time (and in the case of the girls, join him in bed). When his father withdraws his funding our hero is forced to earn his money organising pay parties. They're so successful that the college paper gets interested, but if his secret gets out, he'll be expelled. Can he persuade reporter Tara Reid (currently guest starring in Scrubs on Channel 4 Friday nights) that what he does serves a useful purpose on campus?, Irreverent teen comedy focusing on a college undergraduate who, after being a senior student for seven years enjoying a hedonistic, fun-filled life, finds his wealthy father has cut off his allowance. He is left with no choice but to become a professional party organiser on campus.
