Synopsis
The film is a story about a king and its minister who oppresses the masses in the king's name. When a knight revolts against him, he gets his infant named Badal killed. But Badal grows up somewhere else and takes the form of Toofan (storm) to fight against injustice. But when the minister finds out about that Badal is still alive, he tries to kill him again.
