Synopsis
Young boy Toby (Kevin Corcoran) runs away from home to join the circus. He is taken in by a carnival barker, who tries to keep him from returning home to his worried parents. Toby befriends a talented chimp and the two become part of an act that helps save the show. Film is a colorful Disney production set under the bigtop with the requisite clowns, animals and circus performances.
