How Long Is “To Kill a Man”?

A soft spoken father is forced to defend his family from a ruthless gang of street thugs who have targeted them for torment in this stark psychological thriller from director Alejandro Fernandez Almendras. Jorge is a contented husband and father whose middle-class neighborhood has recently gone to seed. One night, Jorge is robbed of his insulin needle on the street. When Jorge's teenage son confronts the attacker, the simple mugging quickly escalates into a tireless campaign of terror that leaves their entire family feeling vulnerable in their own home. Though at first Jorge and his wife Martha attempt to work within the framework of the law to protect their family and resolve the tense scenario, they are ultimately bound by bureaucratic red tape.
