Synopsis
This drama chronicles 100 years in the life of a Louisiana family. Three brothers from the family go their separate ways and begin running businesses in England, France, and Germany in the 1800s. Soon they have a tremendous empire. Unfortunately, WWI arrives and the market plunges. Suddenly they lose almost everything. The way they adapt to the enormous changes in those tumultuous times provides the basis of the movie.
