Synopsis

Ray Winstone and Ben Drew star in Nick Love's crime drama; an all-action, modern-day reboot of the 1970s TV series. DI Jack Regan is part of an elite squad of officers dedicated to combatting armed robbers in the capital. It's a tough job, which requires an acceptance that physical violence will sometimes be necessary. Unfortunately, Regan revels in it, along with a range of other criminal behaviour. But while his loutish behaviour may cause trouble for his superiors, it gets results. Now he and his partner DC George Carter face their biggest test yet: a ruthless gang has embarked upon a trail of robberies across London. And so begins a series of breathless chases and shoot-outs, interspersed with pauses just long enough to beat information out of suspects, as Regan and Carter try to end the thieves' spree… Also starring Hayley Atwell.
