Synopsis
As the Shaolin Temple falls, former Shaolin disciple Kao goes undercover for the Ching Empire with the secret goal of assassinating the Emperor. Though his plan at first seems to be going flawlessly, a complication arises when his former brothers, now imprisoned by the Ching Empire, swear to execute Kao due to his perceived betrayal. As he sets his sights on the evil Emperor, he must kill his target before his allies kill him.
