The Love Bug
Synopsis
Herbie, the lovable VW Beetle or . Love Bug. is the most endearing little car on the big screen. This is the first film starring the four-wheeled hero, and tells how Herbie .adopted ex-racing driver Jim Douglas - almost getting him arrested for auto theft at the same time. Forced to buy the little car, Jim eventually grows to love it. Soon he and Herbie are beating Jim's great rival Thorndyke - despite his dastardly deeds - and winning the love of the beautiful Carole at the same time.
