The Glimmer Man

Action hero Steven Seagal returns in this action thriller which finds him playing detective Jack Cole. Cole was once known as the Glimmer Man, a covert government agent who carried out the United States' most perilous and controversial missions. Now, Cole works as a cop in the Big Apple, but when a serial murderer begins to terrorise the streets of Los Angeles, leaving a grisly trail in their wake, Cole is sent across to the West Coast and teamed with local homicide detective Jim Campbell (Keenan Ivory Wayans).
