Synopsis
School friends celebrating the Fourth of July on a remote island are plunged into a nightmare when they fall victim to a nasty side effect of a new drug: fits of psychotic rage. One of the friends, Brie (Debs Howard), doesn't take the drug and is left to fight for survival alone. Directed by Jason William Lee.
