Synopsis
In this /psychological thriller, a serial killer (Scott Glenn) hiding out in a small town under the guise of being the local barber is hunted by an ambitious young man (Chris Coy). The man aims to learn the barber's murderous ways in order to implicate him in the crimes he suspects.
