Synopsis
John Kirby's satirical documentary The American Ruling Class features former Harper's Magazine editor Lewis Lapham leading the viewer through a number of clips and interviews that question if America has developed a culture that runs the nation, or if it still is possible to rise up through hard work and become one of the powerful people.
