Synopsis

Jean Claude Van Damme headlines this taut and exciting actioner. Van Damme is Darren McCord, who as the story begins is seen trapped in a blazing building, trying to save a child. The experience is traumatic and two years later, he has become fire marshal of the Pittsburgh Civic Arena. One night he and his two kids are attending a play-off hockey game between the Penguins and the Blackhawks. Also attending the game is the vice president of the US. He has no idea that he is the target of an assassination conspiracy that is to occur that very night. The leader of the killers is Joshua Foss. The villains stage a raid and begin holding the entire coliseum hostage. The crooks will only free the hostages if they receive $1.7 billion from the government in three increments at the end of each period. If their demands aren't met, the bad-guys will detonate the 10 bombs they have stashed beneath the arena. Now it is up to McCord to find those bombs and stops them.
