Synopsis

Bruce Willis takes the lead as, Tom Hardy, a tough and honest Pittsburgh Homicide Detective. He was demoted two years ago, to river rescue patrol when he publicly challenged the Police Department. The Department disagreed with him about the identity of the serial killer who took his father's life. Convinced that a newly active serial killer is the same gunman who murdered his father - despite the fact that another man is serving time for that crime - Willis goes around the law to track the killer. The maverick cop finds himself at odds with his new partner in this action-packed thriller.
