Synopsis
Brought down by a feeble plot that reveals the identity of the killer early on, this low-budget horror film focuses on Julie Parker (Francine Forbes), a sociology instructor at a small college who has been called in to replace the last instructor -- murdered during the previous semester. Perhaps the college evaluations here are harsher than most. As the college enrollment decreases and the faculty are downsized by a serial killer, the victims, as usual, are too dim-witted to prevent their imminent demise, raising questions about college standards these days.
