Synopsis
Jessica Vale's documentary Small Small Thing presents the case of Olivia Zinnah, a 9-year-old Liberian girl suffering from severe medical problems that stem from a rape she suffered two years earlier. By going public with accusation that the girl's cousin is responsible, Olivia and her mother are shunned from their community, and are forced to deal with an unsympathetic government.
